What is the Weekly Occupancy Report?

A Resident Report that provides unit (bed/room combo) data that can be generated for specific date range within a month and monthly reporting.

Who has access to the report?

Users who have the ability to access Resident Reports

What information displays on the report?

A breakdown per community and total of all communities selected for the following data points:

  • Range Move Ins: Total number of unit move ins for the “Date Range” selected
  • Range Move Outs: Total number of unit move outs for the “Date Range” selected
  • Range Net Gain: Total number of unit move ins minus the total number of move outs for the “Date Range” selected
  • MTD Move Ins: Total number of unit move ins from the 1st of the month up until the “MTD End Date” selected
  • MTD Move Outs: Total number of unit move outs from the 1st of the month up until the “MTD End Date” selected
  • MTD Net Gain: Total number of unit move ins minus the total number of move outs from the 1st of the month up until the “MTD End Date” selected
  • Current Census: Total number of current unit occupancies as of the “MTD End Date”
  • Avg This Month: Daily unit occupancy totals from the 1st of the month to the “MTD End Date” divided by amount of days in the calculation
  • Budget: Budgeted units for the month
  • Change vs Prior Month: Daily unit occupancy totals from 1st of month to “MTD End Date” divided by amount of days in calculation minus Last Month Avg
  • Variance to Budget: Avg this month minus budget
  • Last Month Avg: Full month prior unit occupancy totals per day divided by amount of days in prior month (avg this month # from 1 month ago)
  • 2 Months Ago Avg: 2 months ago full month unit occupancy totals per day divided by amount of days in 2 months ago month (avg this month # from 2 months ago)
  • 3 Months Ago Avg: 3 months ago full month unit occupancy totals per day divided by amount of days in 3 months ago month (avg this month # from 3 months ago)
  • Unit Capacity: Total units as of the “MTD End Date” selected
  • Current Occupancy: Total number of current unit occupancies divided by the Unit Capacity as of the “MTD End Date” selected
  • Vacant Units: Total vacant units as of the “MTD End Date” selected
