What to do if you receive an “Unknown ALIS Community” error page

If you receive the following error page, it means that the URL you are using has been typed in incorrectly. Remember that there should be no “www” before the web address and make sure that you spelled the beginning part of the URL correctly – this is set up by your administrator when signing on with ALIS. Please contact support if you need help locating the correct URL.
