How do I create filters to sort ALIS reports in Excel?

For: Administrators

  1. Choose the column you would like to filter and select the appropriate cellobsexcel
  2. Click the “Data” menu option
  3. Select “Filter”
  4.  Drop-down menus will appear next to each cell heading
  5. Click on the arrow to show the drop down menuobsfilter
  6. Filter your spreadsheet by selecting or deselecting the appropriate values
