Email invoices right from ALIS! 


ALIS arrives on Monday! Going Live on May 13th, 2019 at 12am CST.

This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes. Please plan on downtime around approximately 12am CST and inform your staff. If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime, please contact the Support Team at or your account representative.


Reminder! We recommend using Google Chrome for ALIS. This is especially important for the newer billing features. Other browsers will not work as well.


Email Invoices and Statements directly from ALIS

-Setup a custom template email for payers
-Preview your template
-Send the emails directly from the Invoices and Statements pages or the resident profile!
-Track the status of emails you’ve sent to make sure they got to their destination as expected

Update to Occupancy Details throughout ALIS

Financial Move-In/Move-Out Date is now required when updating resident occupancy details: move-ins, move-outs, transfers, and room assignments

Pharmacy processing page now displays verification details!


Additional billing updates:

-New Concessions Report gives the combinations of all discounts that have invoiced and credits that have been issued
-New Discounts Report!
-All billing reports now default payer type filters to ‘All’
-New GL Integration features – see your account manager for details!
