COVID-19 ALIS Update

During these distressing times, your needs are our sole focus.

First and foremost, this means continuing to provide a secure, reliable, high quality product supported by exceptional customer care.

Further, based on feedback and input we have received over the last weeks, we are working on a few features we hope can supplement risk mitigation initiatives launched across the country. More on these updates soon.

In the meantime, our team remains 100% available to support you. Per CDC recommendations, we are working remotely but are available and eager to help in any way that we can.

ALIS 5.5 arrives on Monday, March 23rd, 2020 at 12a CST.

This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place overnight on Monday 3/23 at approximately 12am CST.

Please plan for this downtime and inform your staff. If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime, please contact the Support Team at support@medtelligent.com or your account representative.

Reminder! We recommend using Google Chrome for ALIS. This is especially important for the newer features. Other browsers will not work as well.

Manage Orders gets a facelift!

-Easier access to your MARs and a streamlined view of all order types—routines, PRNs, treatments, and informationals
-Now you can sort your Physician Orders documents by Product Type and Med Cart

New optional MAR update shows all records related to an order in one section

-Updated MAR view shows Med Exceptions and Vitals checks just beneath the order administration records
-Contact ALIS Support to turn on this new MAR view!

Additional Improvements

-More automation while you configure your Needs on the Service Plan! If there is only one possible Goal and Intervention, it will be pre-selected, and notes from the Evaluation automatically pull through.
-Per Diem Credits will now display a broken down price per quantity on invoices the same as Per Diem Charges.
-New options for Readmitting a Moved-Out resident give you more control of your records!

Our Sage Intacct API integration is now ready! We are now accepting Beta clients for this. Please email ALIS Support or your account manager to participate.
