ALIS Release 4.4.0

Billing & GL Enhancements and New Drug Database

ALIS 4.4.0.0 arrives on Monday! Going Live on March 11th, 2019 at 12am CST.

This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes. Please plan on downtime around approximately 12am CST and inform your staff. If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime, please contact the Support Team at support@medtelligent.com or your account representative.

Reminder! We recommend using Google Chrome for ALIS. This is especially important for the newer billing features. Other browsers will not work as well.

Updated Drug Database

-New database of up-to-date orders will display to choose from as you type in the medication name field!
-Orders now display the NDC number associated with names in the database

GL Updates!

-New ability to preview GL export files for the next month
-Now a “Restricted Close” capability on the GL! This will close the period for most users while maintaining editing capabilities for users with administrator roles.

New! – Amount Deductions

For items with any Payer Type, now we can add specific Amount Deduction to automatically withhold from the invoiced total of that item. This is geared toward accommodating Medicaid Deductions. See highlighted area below:

Medication List Report update

The Medication List report will have a ‘Scheduling Status’ column and filter to allow for a quick search of disabled schedules. This will help with medication audits.

Other Upgrades

-Incident follow up tasks and notes will now display in the Excel version of the report
-Calendar agenda will display the resident room number and any contact’s details tagged for an event
-New alerts for Move-in and Move-out invoices!
