ALIS Release 5.10

5.10 Release Information

 

ALIS 5.10 was released Tuesday, October 20th, 2020 at 12 AM CST.

This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place overnight on Tuesday 10/20 at approximately 12am CST.

Please plan for this downtime and inform your staff. If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime, please contact the Support Team at support@medtelligent.com or your account representative.

 

Reminder! We recommend using Google Chrome for ALIS. This is especially important for the newer features. Other browsers will not work as well.

 


eMAR Updates

-Overdue PRN Outcomes will now show on Pass Meds in addition to the Administer PRNs page.
-Using the ALIS Drug Count, we can now document the destruction of discontinued orders and edit links between routine and PRN med quantities.

-Med Cart Assignments can now be made when you map residents and process orders on the Pharmacies pages!


New Company-Wide Aging Summary Report

-New report gives us an easy way to look at our entire portfolio to see the most significant aging balances at a glance.
-The balances are broken down by payer as well.


-Exports to Excel with Aging Details per community in separate tabs. The Summary is also beautifully printer friendly!


New Stand-Up Report

-Replacing the former ‘Resident Census’ report on the Dashboard, this new report includes even more details to help keep your team in the loop.
-Print this out at the start of the day and review resident statuses, Incidents, and Critical Observations!

 

More Improvements

-New search bar available to help you find your records for any person in ALIS, including prospects and resident contacts!
-Improvements to Care Tracking notes.
-New ability to retain signatures on Evaluations when edited, similar to editing the Service Plan.
-New Adding Staff training video available right from the All Staff page!
