ALIS Release 5.11

ALIS 5.11 was released Monday, December 14th, 2020 at 12 AM CST.

This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place overnight on Tuesday 10/20 at approximately 12am CST.

Please plan for this downtime and inform your staff. If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime, please contact the Support Team at support@medtelligent.com or your account representative.

Reminder! We recommend using Google Chrome for ALIS. This is especially important for the newer features. Other browsers will not work as well.

COVID-19 Center Enhancements

-Includes Key Metrics and a Summary for Quarantine Schedules and COVID-19 Test results.
-Test records require Test Statuses, and require Results for Completed tests.
-Filters display all information within the current month by default.

-Resident Details page includes COVID-19 Tracking blue bar with Quarantine and COVID-19 Testing records.

Structured Diagnoses

-New tool allows us to convert your resident diagnoses to ICD-10 Code Diagnoses.
-Most of your current diagnoses can map automatically to the structured codes, just contact us to get this set up!

Community Informationals:

-We can apply Informational Orders to all resident charts within your building. These display on the ALIS Physician Orders documents.
-These are typically related to building-wide protocols and can be applied to all or some residents.

More Improvements:

-New report settings to exclude fake resident profiles and training communities.
-If resident profiles are accidentally duplicated, you can now Merge Resident Accounts.
-New Alerts for Pharmacy, Care, Billing, and ALIS Pay
-Enhanced Med Changes report for Pharmacy teams
