ALIS 5.12 was released Monday, January 25th, 2021 at 12 AM CST.

This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place overnight on Monday 1/25 at approximately 12am CST.

Please plan for this downtime and inform your staff. If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime, please contact the Support Team at or your account representative.

Reminder! We recommend using Google Chrome for ALIS. This is especially important for the newer features. Other browsers will not work as well.

Task tracking for Medicaid invoicing

-New setting allows staff to document Start Time and End Time on Care Tasks.
-These times can be submitted to Medicaid using the Recorded Care report.

-Set Bulk Payments “Apply To” Default to prevent extra clicks each month!
-Aging Details By Payer report now includes links directly to email.
-Improved printer-friendly Incident Report.
