ALIS Release 5.1

The beginning of Autumn brings changes to ALIS!

ALIS 5.1 arrives on Monday! Going Live on October 7th, 2019 at 12am CST.

This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place overnight on Monday 10/7 at approximately 12am CST.

Please plan for this downtime and inform your staff. If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime, please contact the Support Team at support@medtelligent.com or your account representative.

Reminder! We recommend using Google Chrome for ALIS. This is especially important for the newer features. Other browsers will not work as well.

Improved Audit History for Medications and MAR Editor

-Now you can more easily search through the details of any changes to resident orders.
-Audits display more details, including updates made on the MAR Editor.

Improvements to Occupancy:

-You can now assign a room to an Applicant!
-We now have a Room Assignments Report, which gives us a great filterable view of all our room assignments outside of the Floor Plan page

Additional updates:

-Throughout ALIS, “Date of Admission”, “Date of Arrival”, “Move Out Date” labels are being replaced with “Physical Move-In/Out Date” or “Financial Move-In/Out Date” for better specificity
-Click here to see Drug Units of Measurement explained!
-Improved ability to track all NDCs sent from pharmacies to ALIS

Reminder: Our Care Tracking pages are now mobile friendly!
Staff can use this on more devices and it has an easy-to-use new look.
