ALIS Release 5.3

Ringing in the New Year with ALIS!

ALIS 5.3 arrives on Monday, going live on January 6th, 2020 at 12am CST.

This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place overnight on Monday 1/6 at approximately 12am CST.

Please plan for this downtime and inform your staff. If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime, please contact the Support Team at support@medtelligent.com or your account representative.

Reminder! We recommend using Google Chrome for ALIS. This is especially important for the newer features. Other browsers will not work as well.

Enhancements to the Occupancy Reports

-New titles of reports:
“Occupancy Report” to “Unit Occupancy Report”
“Community Occupancy Summary Report” to “Unit Occupancy Summary Report”
-Unit Occupancy Report now defaults to view the entire current month
-Unit Occupancy Report now highlights discrepancies between room assignment dates and financial move-in and move-out dates
-New Care column on the Rent Roll!

Auto Adjustments Impact Review

-Review whenever Recurring Charges are added, rates are changed, or services ended
-Option to automatically create invoices or update the Invoices impacted by changes to the charge

More Billing Updates

-Additional CC option for sending invoices directly from ALIS
-Ability to email invoices now available on the Edit Invoice page
-Our export file for Multiview GL is now available

Additional Improvements

-Editing Services Plans no longer requires new signatures!
-Override Care Points feature no longer requires new points value
-Residency Agreements rate increases now include settings for rounding the future percentages
