ALIS Release 5.4

EMAR improvements and more!

 

ALIS 5.4 arrives on Monday, February 10th, 2020 at 12a CST.

This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place overnight on Monday 2/10 at approximately 12am CST.

Please plan for this downtime and inform your staff. If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime, please contact the Support Team at support@medtelligent.com or your account representative.

 

Reminder! We recommend using Google Chrome for ALIS. This is especially important for the newer features. Other browsers will not work as well.

 

Enhancements to eMAR

-Diet and Food Allergies now display in Med Pass, and on Physician Orders and MAR documents
-Updates to Medication Exception report and Physician’s Order document
-Improvements to Drug Count including the ability for staff to Add Refills!

 


Billing Updates—New reports!

-New Community Ledger Report makes it easy to audit transactions for all residents at once
-New Aging Details by Payer Report allows the creation of mailing labels for payers with aging balances


Additional Improvements

-Financial Move In date can now be made optional! This may help with admissions workflow.
-New Score field for Prospects creates a new way to group prospects
-Weekly Unit Occupancy report now includes Expected Move Ins/Move Outs
