COVID-19 ALIS Update

We are continuing to pursue features aimed at COVID-19 risk mitigation efforts, and with this release we used your feedback to improve our newest Vitals Tracking features. One of our most important goals is to implement tools to help you during this time.

The truth remains that our world revolves around your communities, staff, and residents. Please contact us if there is anything we can do to help. Know that we are here for you and are always thinking about ways we can help.

ALIS 5.6 arrives on Monday, May 4th, 2020 at 12a CST.

This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place overnight on Monday 5/4 at approximately 12am CST.

Please plan for this downtime and inform your staff. If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime, please contact the Support Team at support@medtelligent.com or your account representative.

Reminder! We recommend using Google Chrome for ALIS. This is especially important for the newer features. Other browsers will not work as well.

Add Medications for Applicants

-You asked and we listened! Now you can access Manage Orders for residents in the Applicant stage.
-Applicants will have nearly all the same medications functionality as current residents, with no orders displaying on the Med Pass until Move-In.

Prospects Revamp

-ALIS Prospects has new layout and navigation, making it easier than ever to learn and search for key prospects and referral source details.
-Tasks page features an expandable Community snapshot with census stats.
-Contact ALIS Support to turn on the new version!

New Care Item Settings

-Notes on individual care tasks can now be set as required. This helps prompt staff when you need more detailed charting!
-Notes on recorded items are now easier to view later.
-We made significant improvements to all Care Settings.
-New options for Readmitting a Moved-Out resident give you more control of your records!

Additional Improvements

-Occupancy and Census Reports now have their own section on the Reports page.
-Updated Resident Census report on the Dashboard!

-New ability to prorate discounts connected to revenue items.
-Statements now only generate for payers who have balances—this means no more redundant statements!
-Improvements to Replicate Order feature for Medications and Treatments.
-Bulk Vitals update! We improved this new feature to allow us to multi-select residents and record any vital type.
