How do I change the amount of time before ALIS automatically logs me out?

By default, ALIS logs users out after 20 minutes of inactivity. However, this value can be customized by following these steps:

1. In order to change the length of time a staff member can be inactive before they are logged out, they must be signed in.
2. Click on the My Account link in the top middle of any ALIS page 
3. Click the box with the computer icon that says Login & Access
4. Below and to the right, update Login Timeout dropdown menu to display the length of time you prefer. 8 hours is the longest amount of time an account can be inactive before it is automatically logged out.
