Notice of ALIS Downtime – Please share with community staff

 

This release may result in ALIS slowness or downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes. Please plan on possible downtime or slowness around approximately 12am CST and inform your staff.  If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime please contact the Support Team at support@medtelligent.com or your account representative.

 

Cat’s Pajamas Calendar Updates

 

-Customize your calendars (create as many as you like)
-Customize access to calendars (to specific security roles OR staff members)
-Customize fields for certain types of events
-Set up recurring events
-Tag residents, staff, and contacts in events
-Updated views
-New Agenda view with filters
-Print month, week, day or agenda view
-Track event status
-“Smart” recall of your calendar preferences

 

RET and Service Plan Updates

 

-Edit a completed evaluation without disrupting the service plan
-Edit an evaluation when both the evaluation and service plan are complete without disrupting either.

Staff Roster Update

 

Staff photos are now on the Staff Roster Report – use for new move ins or staff members!

Based on client feedback, we will be making some user friendliness updates to the bulk payment interface on 4/30/18.  If you have questions please contact ALIS Support or your account representative.

We will be at the Argentum Conference in San Diego this year on 5/15 and 5/16 – BOOTH 304 – stop by and say hi!
