ALIS 4.2.0 arrives on Monday! Going Live on December 17, 2018 at 12am CST!

Notice of ALIS Downtime – Please share with community staff

This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes. Please plan on downtime around approximately 12am CST and inform your staff. If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime, please contact the Support Team at support@medtelligent.com or your account representative.

Reminder! We recommend using Google Chrome for ALIS. This is especially important for the newer billing features. Other browsers will not work as well.

Fresh new look for the Care Plan!

The Care Plan section on the Resident Profile has gotten a visual upgrade.

-All care items expanded by default
-A Draft Plan will display first by default
-Overall cleaner look with options that are easier to understand

Resident Tax Statement

New feature alert! The ALIS Tax Statement allows us to create a yearly statement of any transactions for any payer.

Configure your Tax Statements! Setup your own custom letter for sending to families or agencies.

Other Upgrades

 
-Continued mobile updates! The Resident Profile is now optimized for mobile.
-We are continuing to update the Pharmacy page. The process of initially mapping residents will be more intuitive, with largely the same functionality.
