ALIS Release 5.2
Our last big release of 2019!
ALIS 5.2 arrives on Monday, going live on November 18th, 2019 at 12am CST.
This release will result in downtime lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, taking place overnight on Monday 11/18 at approximately 12am CST.
Please plan for this downtime and inform your staff. If you have any questions on how to handle this downtime, please contact the Support Team at support@medtelligent.com or your account representative.
Reminder! We recommend using Google Chrome for ALIS. This is especially important for the newer features. Other browsers will not work as well.
Edit and change PRN Care Tasks:
-This is done directly from our existing PRN Care report!
New GL exports for Quickbooks, Sage 50, Sage 100, and Yardi!
-New in Billing: Receipts emailed directly from ALIS!
–Receipts can be generated for payments, credits, and refunds
-Configure receipts to display any details you need
-Option to email directly from ALIS or print the receipts
Additional updates:
-Updated Statement options to show total balances for a resident account in addition to showing balances per payer
-Improved print view for Vital Signs Summary report
-Minor updates to Calendar Events details page
