How do I create “On-leave” reasons and destinations?

On leave reasons and destinations can be configured at both the company and community level. If configured at the company level all destinations and reasons will apply to every community.

Configuring On-leave Reasons and Destinations at the Company Level

  1. Click on Settings > Company Settings
  2. Toward the middle of the page you will find On Leave Reasons and On Leave Destinations. There is an ALIS-generated list of options, but if you do not want to use these you can disable them by clicking Options > Disable
  3. To create a destination click on ‘+Create New On Leave Destination’. To create a reason click ‘+Create New On Leave Reason’.

Configuring On-leave Reasons and Destinations at the Community Level

  1. This is the same process as the above-mentioned steps, the On Leave Reasons and On Leave Destinations being toward the bottom of the Resident Settings page.
